FISCHER RANGER FREE 130 ALPINE TOURING SKI BOOT

The Fischer Men's Ranger Free 130 Alpine Ski Boot is an ultralight, freeride-oriented boot for quick, efficient ascents and performance-oriented descents. Its powerful 130 flex and Grilamid shell with carbon reinforcement in the cuff ensures a stiff, responsive, secure feel, whether you're taking powder laps in the backcountry or enjoying an afternoon ripping groomers in the resort. A narrow 99-millimeter last keeps your foot snugly in place as you make wide wiggles down steep, untouched bowls, and a simple flick of the Hike Ski lever into walk mode grants you with an impressive 55-degree range of motion so you can charge up the skin track with ease for another lap.

Inside the Ranger Free's sleek yet robust shell is a supportive, comfortable liner that can be easily thermo-molded for a customized fit, and features a moisture-wicking layer to transport sweat away from your foot when you're setting the skinner to get some fresh turns before work. On the bottom of the boot, a high-traction, rockered Vibram Gripwalk sole promotes a natural, comfortable gait, and provide reliable traction on icy bootpacks or adventures across the slick parking lot to the trailhead.
